U.S. Soldiers assigned to 5th Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and Estonian Emergency Response personnel, study the Medical Evaluation Report during Sparrow Strike, a medical exercise hosted by Estonian forces in Tartu, Estonia, March 24, 2025. U.S. troops setup a triage and casualty collection point in order to receive patients and assess casualties while working alongside Estonian Medical personnel for emergency response and teamwork between each force.
