U.S. service members from the Joint Planning Support Element and Joint Communications Support Element join members of the 1st Canadian Division and the British Army’s 30th Signal Regiment for a group photo at the conclusion of Exercise Cobb Ring 2025 at Canadian Forces Base Kingston. Held March 20–28, the multinational exercise strengthened and validated interoperability in joint operations planning and tactical communication systems.
