POINT MUGU, Calif. (Mar. 28, 2025) Oxnard Police Department recruits completed Pre-Academy training onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Point Mugu Mar. 28, 2025. NBVC is major shore warfighting platform; providing sustained ready forces to deploy, fight, and win.
