The proclamation reaffirms SWD’s continued commitment to preventing sexual assault through proactive action, education, and unwavering vigilance. Mercedes Dayao, USACE supervisory Sexual Assault and Response Coordinator and SWD Deputy Commander, Col. Seth Wacker also signed the annual proclamation.
