NEWPORT, R.I.— U.S. Space Force Chief of Space Operations Gen. Chance Saltzman meets with Rear Adm. Darryl Walker, president of the U.S. Naval War College (NWC), before speaking with students about the implications of space’s transformation into as a warfighting domain at the college’s campus onboard Naval Station Newport, RI, April 1, 2025.
