U.S. Navy Sailors HM3 Thaddeus Hyatt and HN Spencer Livingston prepare to place an intraosseous insert on the sternum of a notional casualty during Prolonged Casualty Care Course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, March 14, 2025. PCC Course covers the treatment provided to patients in a battle aid station past typical standards. The course prepares corpsmen for real life scenarios that undergo triage, access to limited supplies, long work hours and limited staff to ensure they are prepared to care for patients under all circumstances. Hyatt is with 12th Littoral Combat Team, 12th Marine Littoral Regiment and is a native of California. Livingston is with 12th Littoral Logistics Battalion, 12th MLR. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
