Malcolm Stewart, a Naval Hospital Jacksonville Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program substance abuse counselor will end his government career this month with 60 years of service. Stewart joined the Marine Corps after just turning 17 and served 20 years and returned to a previous duty station at Naval Air Station Jacksonville to serve 38 years counseling those in need.
