A new wooden display honoring excellence in noncommissioned officer leadership now stands in the Caserma Ederle Post Exchange — a symbol of legacy, commitment, and the continued impact of the Sergeant Morales Club across U.S. Army Europe and Africa.
Unveiled March 6, 2025 by members of the Sergeant Morales Club in Vicenza, the hand-carved display serves as both a tribute to the club’s storied history and a challenge to future noncommissioned officers to uphold its values. Among those who helped install it was Sgt. 1st Class Nicholas Potter, a military police noncommissioned officer with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, whose journey to the club reflects its core mission: to lead, to serve, and to raise the standard.
