Chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear defense instructors with 9th Communication Battalion, instruct a group of I Marine Expeditionary Force Marines during gas chamber training at Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 26. The gas chamber is a required annual training for Marines. The training provides Marines with a basic knowledge of how to don and clear a gas mask to effectively defend against chemical or biological assaults.
