250404-N-SS900-1074 NAVAL BASE POINT LOMA (April 4, 2025) Capt. Will Wiley, commander, Submarine Squadron (CSS) 11, presents the Battle “E” unit award to the floating dry dock ARCO (ARDM 5) during an awards-at-quarters at the Roncador Memorial onboard Naval Base Point Loma, April 4, 2025. ARCO is a medium auxiliary floating dry dock for repair and is a CSS-11 asset under the operational control of Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet. CSS-11 is home to four Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarines, which are capable of supporting various missions, including: anti-submarine warfare; anti-ship warfare; strike warfare; and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance.
