Army land navigation is a warrior task that provides Soldiers the training they need to read maps, identify key terrain features, appropriately use a compass, and other skills necessary to navigate terrain effectively. Soldiers of the 167th TSC participated in LandNav familiarization training and received lessons on map orientation, protractor use, and compass reading. This took place during a 4-day field training exercise from Feb. 27 to Mar. 2, 2025 at Clarke Range Complex in Anniston, Ala.
