Gino Arroyo, a member of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) of Panama, assembles the torpedo firing mechanism aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) while underway in the Caribbean Sea. SENAN is collaborating with USS Normandy to facilitate a joint learning environment where the two forces can bolster capabilities and security skills.
