Gregory Rasnick, a plumber, assigned to the 363rd Engineer Battalion, 411st Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, for their accomplishments while building a field hospital foundation, during Salaknib 2025, at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines, on April 2, 2025. Engineers assigned to the 8th TSC and 412th TEC constructed a field hospital foundation in support of future exercises. Salaknib 2025 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
