COLÓN, Panama (April 9, 2025) – Damage Controlman First Class Richard Moran, assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), demonstrates to members of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) of Panama the proper technique of crimping a fire line in the event of a runaway fire nozzle while underway in the Caribbean Sea. SENAN is collaborating with USS Normandy to facilitate a joint learning environment where the two forces can bolster capabilities and security skills.
