A Croatian air force Pilatus PC-9 aircraft flies past soldiers during Exercise Shield 25 in Kamenjak near Medulin , Pula, Croatia. This annual Croatian air defense exercise focuses on enhancing the execution of air defense tasks against low and medium-altitude targets on April 8, 2025. Joined by 173rd Airborne Brigade, and allied forces from the Slovenian Army, French Armed Forces, and British Army participants jointly train on air defense tactics, techniques, and procedures, including air-space control and live fire engagements.
