Brendan McLane, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, left, presents a challenge coin to Seaman Luna Rodriguez, assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Portland (LPD 27) during a visit to the ship.
