NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain – (Jan. 22, 2025) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Nick Noel and Master-at-Arms 1st Class Matthieu Arca assigned to Commander Task Group (CTG) 68.4 from Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 3 review location and timeline objectives during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) exercise to prepare sailors for mobilization and war-fighting assignments on Jan. 22, 2025 at Naval Station Rota, Spain. MSRON 3 and 8 are forward deployed Navy Expeditionary Combat Force Europe-Africa/Task Force 68, conducting maritime security operations across all phases of military operations by defending high value assets, critical maritime infrastructure, ports and harbors, both inland and on coastal waterways, against enemies and when commanded conduct offensive combat operations.
