Members of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Committee gather before a tour at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, April 3. The tour introduced the committee to the installation’s daily operations to help understand how military life works so the committee can better serve the military community.
