Sailors from Panama’s Servicio Nacional Aeronaval (SENAN), crew members from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kimball (WMSL-756), and U.S. Army Advisors assigned to 1stt Security Force Assistance Brigade, are familiarized with the MH-65 Dolphin helicopter attached to Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron (HITRON) Jacksonville as part of bilateral subject matter expertise exchange, April 9, Amador, Panama. The Kimball is working with U.S. Southern Command as part of a combined U.S.-Panamanian effort to strengthen relationships and interoperability, expanding the two nations strategic security partnership.
