James Amato, Senior Executive Service 2, U.S. Army Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) leads a briefing to leaders from the U.S. Army and Mexican at the Army Test and Evaluation Center as part of the Fifth Army Inter-American Relations Program (FIARP) in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, Mar. 25, 2025. U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) performs test and evaluation, while in direct support of U.S. Army Futures Command, to inform Army senior leaders, in order to provide Soldiers with the capabilities needed to fight and win our Nation's wars. FIARP is a week-long event where Soldiers from U.S. Army North and the Mexican Army enhance relations and exchange ideas on operational compatibility and technology. The annual event is something participants from both the U.S. and Mexico look forward to and the cooperation continues to help with issues both countries encounter.
