Spc. Dezzy Spracklin of 864th Engineer Battalion, Central Command Materiel Retrograde Element disassembles an electrical outlet as part of an effort to remove interior components of the building prior to its total deconstruction. Vertical elements of the 864th Engineer Battalion are continuously removing interior components, many of which will be re-used or recycled into the supply system, from buildings in the Paktika province, Afghanistan, as part of the overall deconstruction operations under the Central Command Materiel Retrograde Element.
