PHILIPPINE SEA (April 9, 2025) – Seaman Jordan Ayers from Bethel, Kansas and Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Charlyn Rhose Julio from Yokosuka, Japan applies tourniquets to Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Jasmyn Mandigma during medical training aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), while underway in the Philippine Sea, April 9, 2025.
