Tulsa District personnel, including Lt. Col. Curtis Loftin participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Kaw Nation Housing Services Center in Newkirk, Oklahoma April 17, 2025.
The facility will expand and enhance services provided by the Kaw Housing Authority which supports citizens with access to affordable, quality housing. Through the Tribal Construction Support Program, Tulsa District partners in technical expertise with tribal knowledge to execute construction projects that improve health, social well-being and economic development in Native communities.
