    19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command

    The U.S. Army Materiel Support Command – Korea welcomed Maj. Gen. James D. Turinetti, commanding general of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command and Command Sgt. Maj. Jay A. High on Apr. 15.

    Maj. Gen. Turinetti received briefings on the organization and missions of the 19 ESC and MSC-K, followed by a tour of the Heavy Equipment Division (HED) and Communications Electronics Division (CED) within the Directorate for Maintenance.

    The tour showcased the Directorate's modernization initiatives, such as advancements in Tele-Maintenance, 3D Printing technologies, and the development of a test fixture to streamline troubleshooting for wiring harness assemblies.

    Overall, this visit presented a valuable opportunity to highlight the Directorate's extensive capabilities, technical expertise, and strategic role in supporting the Indo-Pacific mission, providing senior leaders with the insight needed to make informed decisions and bolster readiness.
