SIGONELLA, Italy (April 16, 2025) — Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Connor Hepker, assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Sigonella instructs DoDEA educators on proper tourniquet application during a recent "Stop the Bleed" course, April 16, 2025. The course provided 25 DoDEA Sigonella schoolteachers with critical, hands-on training to control life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations.
