Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, build a pedestal for a future statue at the entrance of the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California, April 21, 2025. The statue has historical significance to the Seabees. NMCB 4 is implementing a robust construction skill training plan to prepare for a dynamic mission set throughout the Indo-Pacific in support of Combatant Commander strategic objectives.
