An Italian AV-8B Harrier piloted by Ship-of-the-Line Lt. Domenico Ioviono of the Marina Militare (Italian navy) prepares to take off from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) being followed by the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Antonio (LPD 17).
