An Estonian civilian stands up in a U.S. Army High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) during an open base day at Camp Tapa, Estonia, April 25, 2025. In celebration of the 108th anniversary of Estonia's 1st Infantry Brigade, civilians were allowed to enter the base and interact with all the troops, including U.S. Army and NATO Allies, and see equipment on display.
