    Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew Robinson, an electronics technician assigned to the Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) shore team, a specialized unit of the Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center, cleans a Skydio X10D drone April 9, 2025, at Base Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Virginia.
