The Bright Star, a 48-foot sailboat, is shown near the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel after it was reported to the Coast Guard as taking on water, Thursday, April 4, 2013. A crew aboard a 41-foot Utility Boat from Coast Guard Station Portsmouth arrived on scene, transferred two crew members and two dewatering pumps, affected repairs to the boat and assisted the Bright Star crew in dewatering the vessel.
