A crew aboard a 25-foot Response Boat - Small from Coast Guard Station Portsmouth, Va., stand by as fire department personnel rescue a woman from a tractor-trailer that crashed on the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge, Monday, April 8, 2013.
