Filipino fire fighters gathered to learn about hazardous composite materials and emergency entrance and egress procedures of the MV-22B Osprey during exercise Balikatan 2013. The exercise is an annual bilateral training evolution aimed at ensuring interoperability of the Philippine and U.S. militaries during planning, contingency and humanitarian assistance operations.
