Master Sgt. Jose A. Ruiz presents certificates to graduates of the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Instructor Course April 5 on NCTS during Exercise Guahan Shield. Exercise Guahan Shield will facilitate multiservice engagements, set conditions for bilateral and multilateral training opportunities, and support rapid response to potential theatre crises and contingency operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
