Engineers from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), Black Sea Rotational Force, and the Georgian Army helped reinforce and improve the forward operating base that they live on during exercise Agile Spirit 13 at Vaziani Air Base, Republic of Georgia, March 20, 2013. The 26th MEU is deploying to the 5th and 6th Fleets area of operations. The 26th MEU operates continuously across the globe, providing the president and unified combatant commanders with a forward-deployed, sea-based quick reaction force.
