Airman 1st Class David Liebhart smoothes out some rough patches of wet concrete, May 7. along a stretch of road running parallel to the U.S.-Mexico bodrer created by the Ohio Air National Guard's 200th Rapid Engineers Deployable Heavy Operations Repair Squadron, Engineers. The Camp Perry and Mansfield-based RED HORSE units are in Arizona as part of Operation Jump Start, a two-year, presidentially mandated mission placing National Guard Soldiers and Airmen alongside agents of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol.
