Sodexo, the Marine Corps' mess hall management company, hosted Marine and civilian chefs from Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort and Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, April 11. The Chef of the Quarter competition winners received a cookware set and took home the trophy for their mess hall.
