Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Joseph Rowe, from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, removes a panel on an F/A-18F Super Hornet from the Black Aces of Strike Fighter Attack Squadron (VFA) 41 in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). The John C.
