Marines of Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, board their flight to Australia, here April 20. Approximately 200 Marines and Sailors deployed to Darwin, Australia for approximately six months as the second iteration of Marine Rotational Force-Darwin. MRF-D provides opportunities to engage in security cooperation activities, and improve disaster relief and crisis response capabilities.
