Command Sgt. Maj. Andrew Connette hands the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, guidon to Col. Barry Huggins, commander of 2nd Bde. 2nd Inf. Div., during a change of responsibility ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash, April 25.
