U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Water Safety Mascot Bobber the Water Safety Dog participates in the 18th annual Grand Kids Festival in Galveston, Texas, April 6, 2013. Bobber greeted attendees at the family-friendly event and partnered with Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark to hand out Corps water safety outreach and educational material. The annual event offers a variety of arts experiences, crafts and activities for families to enjoy.
