    09/02/05 - A U.S. Navy Seabee uses a track hoe to remove debris from Hurricane Katrina near the marina on board on board Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport, Miss., on Sept. 2, 2005. NCBC functions as a support for operating units of the Naval Construction Force.
