Major General Steven W. Busby, commanding general of Third Marine Aircraft Wing, speaks to Marines and recognizes Gunnery Sgt. Elba Montalvo for her involvement with the Marine Wing Support Squadron-371 Driving Under the Influence reenactment held May 6. The MWSS-371 dramatization took place April 24 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma as an educational training tool to realistically display the harsh affects of driving under the influence.
