Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, the commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, surprised Lance Cpl. Jamie Rinehart, a field Wireman with Marine Wing Support Squadron 371 and Canyon Lake, Calif., native, with a promotion to corporal aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., May 6. Busby visited the air station to recognize her and a fellow Marine for their leadership as part of his committed and engaged leadership initiative.
