Master Sgt. Ryan Glosson, 366th Security Forces Squadron first sergeant, completes a 10-mile run, then shoot-no-shoot live-fire M-4 Carbine scenario, followed by a 7-mile ruck march carrying a 40-pound pack, culminating in surviving and fending off two 'attackers' wearing red-man suits. At the end of the 4.5-hour challenge, he was made a meritorious Defender and honored with the presentation of a security forces beret. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Kevin Wallace/RELEASED)
