Steven Biddle speaks to Arab Jabour citizens at Command Outpost Murray on June 4. This is Biddle's fourth visit to Iraq and his third in the last 15 months. Biddle visited with leaders of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, the last of the surge brigades.
