Vice Adm. Robin R. Braun, Chief of Navy Reserve helps a Petty Officer 2nd Class with her pack as she returns from an overseas deployment. The sailor is among a group of over 220 individual sugmentee Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) sailors deployed to various Middle Eastern locations where they contributed to the safety and security of personnel and vital war-fighting logistics and capabilities crucial to national defense strategy.
