During Annual Training, a guest team from the Joint Communications Support Element's Communications Support Detachment (pictured) joined teams from the 4th Joint Communications Squadron in a corporate challenge/survival course which enhanced team building further preparing members for deployment. In this exercise, all teams were required to use the concept of T.E.A.M. (Think-Engage- Activate-Manage) to accomplish both mental and physical team tasks in a specified period of time.
