Rear Adm. Patrick H. Brady, commander, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), discusses the status of naval forces during a San Diego Military Advisory Council meeting. SDMAC is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation supporting, promoting, and representing the common business of the military, its quality of life, and defense industry community in San Diego. As the Navy's Information Dominance Systems Command, SPAWAR works closely with SDMAC and industry partners to provide the tactical networks, space systems, and C4ISR assets and services that enable the critical command, control and coordination required by fleet operators.
