Sgt. 1st Class Lacey Howard, the noncommissioned officer in charge of the U.S. Army Central Command Signal University, presents the formation to Lt. Col. Corey D. Roen, the commandant of the university. As part of the official party, Command Sgt. Major Eddie L. Hilliard, 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional), and Maj. Gen. Steven W. Smith, the commanding general of the 335th, celebrate the signal universities make over May 10. The university hosted a cake and ribbon cutting ceremony after a graduation ceremony for more than 50 students.
