The Mississippi Armed Forces Museum has adopted ultrasonic cleaning technology for use in its arms conservation program. After the ultrasonic cleaning treatment, Arms Conservator Glenn Husted immediately immerses a batch of M-1915 Chauchat parts in oil to prevent flash rusting.
